    Staff: We collect personal details including name, address, contact information, employment history, and qualifications for administrative, payroll, and regulatory purposes.

    Clients: Your information is used to tailor our care services to your needs, communicate with you about your care, and respond to any queries or complaints. We also use this information for billing and regulatory purposes.
    Staff: Your information is used for employment-related purposes, including the roster/rota, payroll, performance management, and meeting legal obligations.

  3. Sharing Your Information

    We share your information with relevant staff within our company on a need-to-know basis. We may also share client information with health professionals such as, GPs or hospitals, local authorities within which you leave in, Care Quality Commission, the care App we use for rostering when necessary for care purposes. Any sharing with third parties is conducted in compliance with legal requirements, and we ensure they respect your privacy rights.

    Client records are kept securely in their homes and in our office. Staff records are stored securely in our office. We employ robust physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.
