Our Staff

Professional
Carers

We endeavor to employ staff who possess a caring and compassionate nature who will also be competent, trained and knowledgeable. Each staff member will be DBS checked to ensure the safety of the service user.

Our care workers are not trained nurses and
cannot give ‘nursing care’, such as:

  • giving injections,
  • changing sterile dressings, 
  • assisting with PEG feeding,
  • inserting or removal of catheters,
  • giving suppositories or enemas. 

In addition to this our care workers are prohibited from cutting toe or finger nails. 

We offer a 24-hour service that is second to none.

Our office hours are
MON-FRI 09.30am - 5.30pm

We are committed to ensuring that our Service Users’ requirements are met 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

Outside working hours, weekends and Bank Holidays we offer a service that brings you in contact personally with one of our senior staff and not an answering machine.
