Our approach to support

Our specialist staff teams are highly trained and experienced in supporting adults with a learning disability. They are determined on doing everything they possibly can to improve people’s health and wellbeing, and are focused on achieving positive outcomes.

At TLC, we offer an holistic approach to support with each of our services being further supported by a dedicated Positive Behaviour Support specialist and other professionals including GP’s, medical professionals, speech and language therapy teams, dieticians, social workers, chiropodists, opticians, community psychiatric nurses and other specialist roles. By having these close working partnerships in place, each individual receives the required support to meet all of their needs.
